Member Commitments

We are dedicated to protecting our groups and ensuring that each member feels secure and bound by our shared commitments. By updating your profile on Wujupay and accepting an invitation to join your chosen group, you agree to the following binding conditions.

1. Contribution Commitment: You agree to contribute the specified amount in Canadian dollars every Paydate as outlined by the group guidelines
2. Timely Payment: You agree to transfer your contribution to the designated group bank account by the agreed Paydate, ensuring that payments are completed before 6:00 PM. Evidence of payment must be shared with the group to confirm your participation.
3. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the group and its activities, refraining from disclosing any sensitive information or discussions outside the group.
4. Communication of Concerns: You agree to openly express any concerns within the group as they arise, promoting a transparent and collaborative environment.

Financial Responsibility

Owujupe provides a platform for resource pooling and rotational savings. However, Owujupe does not provide any interest-based financial products and makes no guarantee of returns. Users are responsible for understanding the risks involved in pooled financial models and participating accordingly.

Privacy and Data Protection

Owujupe is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring privacy within the platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.

Modification of Terms

Owujupe reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Owujupe and its associates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services provided by the platform.
